We are a biometric services and technology company in Anaheim, CA looking for an entry level IT Support Technician. This is a FULL TIME position with a fast growing company.

Responsibilities

• Support customers or internal personnel via phone, e-mail, chat or in person
• Installation and configuration of systems
• Troubleshooting of Software or Operating Systems
• Diagnostics of Hardware, Drivers and Networks
• Hardware knowledge
• Ability to read error logs
• Virus and Malware Removal
• Preparing, shipping & receiving equipment
• CRM data entry
• Proactive, uses time and resources efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality, honesty and integrity
• Maintain acceptable appearance and conduct standards
• Safeguard information and assets, protect sensitive information
• Security Awareness
• Ability to work with a team
• Adaptability
• and other duties as assigned

Physical demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Continuous standing and/or sitting.
• Occasional bending, squatting or kneeling.
• Occasional reaching above shoulder level to reach supplies overhead.

Requirements and Skills

• Possession of current CA Driver's license, own vehicle and clean driving record
• High School diploma, AA or equivalent education relevant to IT Work environment
• Generally works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting.
• The individuals we are looking for must have good customer service experience and have good verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
